The breather is fine I think. But the other thing is the pcv valve and where it connects to the swan neck. As an update, I just checked that connection, and it dry as a bone! So that's good news.

Another thing you mentioned is fuel injector cleaner at every oil change. This is very likely to toast your O2 sensor. The O2 sensor is very sensitive and Octane boost/Injector Cleaner has a tendancy when used frequently to screw up your O2 sensor. If your O2 sensor thought you were running to rich, it would be constantly trying to lean out the fuel delivery in your car. Just another thought on what might be going on. You really need to get that A/F meter hooked up (just like I need to hook mine up) and see what is really going on.
